Westfield Hydraulics is a customer responsive company with big company manufacturing and management capabilities. Major emphasis is on what we refer to as "Performance Discriminators"; Quality, Scheduling, Cost and Management. No matter how good the quality of the product, or how low the cost, if it doesn't arrive at your plant on schedule, there is a serious problem. To assure that your parts arrive on schedule, Westfield Hydraulics utilizes the ProfitKey management system. By using the ProfitKey global rescheduling program, we forward schedule all orders based upon our true plant capacity. If there are any changes or delays from the planned schedule, the ProfitKey system alters management and corrective action is immediately taken to meet the scheduled delivery date. Scheduling is a complicated subject and Westfield Hydraulics has made a major management commitment to insure that you get what you need when you need it.

How much should it cost?

Our Size, including the latest CNC machinery in-house, makes us particularly responsive to your company's needs. Because of ProfitKey's management system, you don't pay for an elaborate overhead structure. As a result, your cost per part is often significantly less. Additionally, ProfitKey's cost controls are tight to insure reasonable costs and continuing price reductions for you over quantity and time.

We are aware that contract administration efforts are major cost elements for both the buyer and seller. ProfitKey's integrated management system permits both of us to minimize our contract administration costs.
